Service manager Logan is excellent plus top notch mechanics. Had major engine work done, and it was done with quality. Would have given a 5 had I not needed to go back to burp the cooling system.

Their service is always great. There were lots of issues with my vehicle that needed to be fixed, some immediately, and they explained everything to me. Once they were working on my vehicle, they discovered additional issues and called to explain what they were and how much more it would cost. Best part is that they did not proceed with the additional fixes until I gave them the authorization to do so. They even washed and vacuumed the inside of my vehicle and left me a very nice Thank You note and a little box of treats. This was a nice surprise. The owner and employees at Bud's Transmission ROCK!!

The employees at Bud's give excellent service. They know their repeat customers by name, call with appointment reminders and are very fair and reasonable with the cost of their services. During oil changes, they check approximately 25 different things on your vehicle and, if they see problems or issues that can become major, expensive problems, they inform you right away and, if you ask, they will even let you know what it will cost you to have them fix the problem and how long it will take. They are GREAT!!
