Diagnostic took longer than expected. The service was good and the little extras were great. The shop found our tabs were expired, they washed our full size truck, because it was "dirty", and they left us a thank you card. I will be sending them new customers!

I took a vehicle for a tranny flush and turned out it has a serious leak. They did not do the tranny flush because of the leak. They were quick, responsive, efficient, and so on the ball. They knew I was out of work, and did not even attempt to talk to me about having them fix it. No pressure, nothing. Just advised me to think about whether or not I should keep the car. Further, they offered to do an inspection on any car I was thinking about buying once I sell the one I have ..... for free!!! They now have a loyal customer.

We have always had great service at Bud's for all 3 of our vehicles. Now they have added Nick - he did a great job knowing the service history and what services are going to be coming up for my vehicle (it makes it nice to know ahead what the cost etc are going to be). And he washed the car too!
