Went in to have a temporary repair inspected and fixed correctly before it left me stranded. Unfortunately the part I needed wasn't readily available. They took the time to explain the options they had for a permanent repair but had the quote ready in recognition of my personal preference for factory parts. Honest and straight forward.

Travis and Branden were extremely helpful in helping me with pre-purchase inspections of two Subaru Impreza WRX's. They really saved me by finding some huge issues with a WRX that a dealer was trying to sell to me. I recently moved from NV to WA, and I needed to find an entity to service my Nissan. Hence, I conducted a search online. Per Yelp, Magic Nissan of Everett received 22 reviews averaging 2.5 out of 5 stars. Also per Yelp, Bud's Transmission and Auto Repair received 7 reviews averaging 4.5 out of 5 stars. After checking out Bud's website, I discovered they received over 100 reviews averaging 5 out of 5 stars. Scheduling an appointment online for an oil and filter change was easy, and my vehicle was serviced right away. No long lines. No long waiting. To top it all off, the folks at Bud's (e.g., Christine, Josh, Steve) were very pleasant . . . and honest. The 29-point inspection they regularly conduct did not reveal any problems. Whether you own an old or new vehicle, when is the last time you can honestly say you had your vehicle serviced, and the folks servicing it did not find something you had not bargained for?

Great service car runs better than when I first bought it

My first visit was awesome. Setting up an appointment was easy and the mechanic explained everything in great detail. They even offered to call another shop that l had issues with in order to straighten up the concern. I cannot thank you enough. I have never experienced such friendly and caring service. Thank you!

Great customer service on the phone and in person! I also appreciate that when I stopped in last minute to have my car diagnosed that you cared and tried to ask all the necessary questions and also were willing to give a quick fix if you could as you able!
