When I called the first time I spoke with Steve and he was beyond helpful letting me know the price of the type of inspection I needed and the rough timeline for repairs for what I was looking at. When I called to make my appointment I spoke with Mel, who was just as helpful as Steve was. They got me in pretty quickly, dropped my car off last Wednesday and they had it done and repaired this Monday. They told me the cost and that was it, there were absolutely no hidden fees, and the best part never once did they try to upsell me or try to guilt me into getting more than I wanted or even needed done right away. Overall, they did an amazing job and they are gonna be my go to place for my car for sure.

Amazing company to work with and I understand why they have been around for almost 50 years as a small shop. They are not out to rip you off like some or try to convince you to have extra work done. They were upfront and honest every step.of the way and explain all the options available to make my repairs. Staff was friendly, super helpful and great about communicating status of repairs. (Shout out to Mel she is an awesome service adviser.) I will definitely be using bud's for all my future repairs and maintenance.

Amazing shop and friendly staff and overall hands down the best shop I've done business with for preventative maintenance. Highly recommend Buds for your transmission service and any repairs on your vehicle necessary. I have a 2014 Ford Taurus SEL and they performed a 120 point inspection, performed a transmission service on my vehicle and installed some bright led headlights. Trust is hard to find with auto shops, however this shop is transparent I'm their business transactions and just as a business in general. Thank you!!!! Happy Customer 4 Life.
