I would never take a car anywhere else in the future. Wonderful people, knowageable, checked out everything to make sure my car was going to be fixed & safe to drive. My husband has been in heaven since 2015, he was at Bud's alot with his 66 Nova. That was a great man spending time with Gary helping him figure out what to do nextt to get that Chevy fired up. Everyone working there now are great, helpful , caring & trustworthy people. I'm so blessed to know they are there to help me with car issues. I've been places in the past who thought they could get away with lies to this older unwise women about what had to be done to fix a cars problem. That won't happen at Bud's. Lord please bless them for their honesty, kindness & knowledge.

I had a hell of a problem with my problem child of a car. They had essentially fix what another shop did wrong. Steve, Melanie and all the guys in the back were outstanding! These guy's obviously know what they're doing. Thanks a million! Be back for my oil change soon!

I had engine repair along with maintenance service done on my vehicle. Mel is a great communicator & detail oriented. I am happy with the work the technicians provided me.

Very friendly and knowledgeable employee's! Got my car diagnosed quickly! Got it fixed correctly and on the road, in less than a day! I was extremely thankful for all of the services they offered!

Melanie(Mel) on the phone was awesome! The shop was not able to do an alignment on my car due to it being lowered. However, Melanie went out of her way to help me find a couple places that could accommodate me. She was an absolute treat to talk to and very helpful!

When I called the first time I spoke with Steve and he was beyond helpful letting me know the price of the type of inspection I needed and the rough timeline for repairs for what I was looking at. When I called to make my appointment I spoke with Mel, who was just as helpful as Steve was. They got me in pretty quickly, dropped my car off last Wednesday and they had it done and repaired this Monday. They told me the cost and that was it, there were absolutely no hidden fees, and the best part never once did they try to upsell me or try to guilt me into getting more than I wanted or even needed done right away. Overall, they did an amazing job and they are gonna be my go to place for my car for sure.

Amazing company to work with and I understand why they have been around for almost 50 years as a small shop. They are not out to rip you off like some or try to convince you to have extra work done. They were upfront and honest every step.of the way and explain all the options available to make my repairs. Staff was friendly, super helpful and great about communicating status of repairs. (Shout out to Mel she is an awesome service adviser.) I will definitely be using bud's for all my future repairs and maintenance.
