Bud's treated me great. Another shop wanted to rebuild my transmission without even investigating the symptoms. I visited with Bud's representative who cautioned against jumping to a conclusion. They found underlying causes to what I was experiencing. They have a good sense for investigation and evidently skilled mechanics and techs. Never felt they tried to mislead or anything of the sort. Will go to them again without hesitation.

They did a great job of diagnosing the problem and once they had everything figure out for the work done in a timely fashion. They sent a thorough report of all issues to us and we didn’t have any surprises when it was time to pay the bill. Thank you all at Bud’s for a great job on the car.

Brandon who runs the front is a great representation of the business. He is patient and nice and explains things very well. Felt very comfortable asking "stupid" questions lol hes very nice. Would recommend to anyone and will be my go to if I ever need help in the future.
