First off customer service 💯. My 92 jeep xj was to the point it would barely run. These guys got me in a few weeks later and did not disappoint. They diagnosed my problems and immediately called me to explain the situation after a 15 min conversation we agreed to go ahead and get the work done. A week later I was told my jeep was done. I went to pick it up and let me tell you it runs smoother than a Swiss watch I mean for a 31 year old jeep it's unreal what these guys did to it. If your reading any negative reviews I highly doubt it was in any way this companies fault. Thank you guys again for fixing my beater with a heater.😁

I was worried about my transmission failing, took it in to Bud’s because of reviews and recommendations. Worried I would have to replace it, they diagnosed the problem and fixed it without having to replace the transmission. Found some other issues that should be dealt with but wasn’t pushy about getting them done now. They were more concerned about me recouping the bill I did have. Steve was very friendly and knowledgeable and as I said earlier wasn’t pushy. They will be my go to shop from now on!

I am very happy with the experience. It was more expensive than I expected. But that's the case with everything. Steve was great. And they did A LOT of work. I feel that I got a very good value for my money.

I like the photos that come with the multi- point inspection so I can see exactly what is found. The cost estimate was accurate and the work was completed the the time frame given. Thank you for getting me back on the road!

I am a newer customer to Buds, so we are just getting to know each other. So far they have done one repair for my heater blend , thegood job !!!! Buds has perf maintenance, oil & filter change and coolant flush, good job !!!! More recent they did a brake fluid exchange, again good job. The cost was less than Steve originally quoted which was wonderful, and they surprised me with the call that my car was ready, quick service. 👍
